Entries are kept in the page’s memory and disappear when you reload or close the page. Nothing is written to storage.

Save on this device

If you choose Save on this device, entries are stored in this browser. Anyone who can access this browser may be able to read them. They are not encrypted by this app. Clearing browser/site data, private browsing or storage eviction can remove them. Keep an export if you need a copy. Records do not automatically follow you to another browser or device.

This app does not offer a PIN or encryption. On a shared device, use your device lock and session-only mode.

What the hosting provider sees

Like any website, the hosting provider receives ordinary technical request information such as your IP address and which static page or file was requested. Page addresses never contain your dates, notes or measurements. We do not claim absolute anonymity.

What we do not use

• No analytics, advertising, session replay or error-reporting services
• No third-party fonts, social embeds or cloud sync
• No cookies set by this app
• No background notifications or service worker

Exports and calendars

Exports happen only when you press a button, and are created on your device. Exported files are readable by anyone who can open them and may be synced by your device or cloud storage. Calendar files are handled by your calendar app and provider.

Deleting your data

Use My records to delete one tool, one profile or all app data. Deletion removes this app’s browser storage and preferences only; delete downloaded files and calendar events in their own apps.
