Sources and data

Each tool links to the sources it relies on. “Read” means the page was opened and checked on 19 October 2026; “official entry point” means an official page listed for maintainers, whose detailed passages are scheduled for editorial review.

Datasets

  • WHO Child Growth Standards expanded z-score tables: weight-for-age and length/height-for-age, boys and girls (downloaded 19 October 2026; checksums recorded).
  • England vaccination pack: UKHSA complete routine immunisation schedule from 1 September 2026 (updated 24 September 2026); verified 2026-10-19; review due 2027-01-17.

Known gaps

  • Nigeria vaccination schedule pack (NG-VAX-PACK): A complete, current national routine schedule from NPHCDA / the Federal Ministry of Health could not be obtained and verified. Only a draft NPHCDA FHIR implementation guide (v0.9.0, CI build) and a 2024 UNICEF infographic were found, and they differ (for example on HPV doses). Automatic dates are switched off until the official schedule is verified. Manual dose and appointment records work fully.
  • Growth percentiles cross-check (WHO-ANTHRO-XCHECK): z-scores are tested against the WHO published SD tables; a separate cross-check against WHO Anthro software outputs has not yet been run.
  • Redistribution of WHO tables (WHO-LICENCE): WHO tables are bundled with attribution; a formal permissions/licence check for redistribution is pending owner review.
  • Nigeria screening intervals (NG-SCREENING): No verified Nigeria cervical or breast screening interval; those tools use provider dates for Nigeria.
